Elizabeth Bagan is a nationally recognized Nurse Practitioner, speaker, and business owner with more than 15 years of clinical experience delivering personalized, transformative care. She is the founder and clinical director of Precision Medicine & Wellness, an award-winning two-location practice offering bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and regenerative aesthetics to both men and women seeking optimal health, energy, and confidence.
An expert in hormone optimization, Elizabeth has performed more than 3,500 BHRT pellet insertions and remains on the leading edge of evidence-based therapy. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA), where she previously served on the Advocacy Committee and now actively serves on the Outreach Committee, working to expand provider education and patient access to comprehensive obesity treatment.

Today, she partners with her patients to help them feel and function at their best—inside and out.
A veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserves and a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Elizabeth exemplifies the academy's motto Acta Non Verba—Deeds, Not Words. She is also a proud mother of four, mentor to nurse practitioner students, and the 2025 Vice President of the Professional Women’s Council of Jacksonville. Her leadership is defined by trust, clinical excellence, and a relentless pursuit of better outcomes for every patient she serves.
